Refund Policy

As under the Trade Practices Act 1974Panda Hats will refund the full amount of purchase price if the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

1. Product does not match the description
2. If there is a manufacturers fault or defect caused by the manufacture process

You are not entitled to a refund if you just change your mind, an exchange or store credit may be offered on a case by case basis only.
