We Deliver All Over Australia and into New Zealand.
Warranty
Most products have a 1 year warranty or more. A warranty certificate will be issued with each product and can be provided if requested in writing. Products under warranty must be returned to Panda Hats at the purchasers cost for assessment. All warranty assessments must include a photocopy of the original invoice and must be in original packaging. All units received for warranty repair or replacement will be assessed by the service department and a report written and passed on to the original purchaser to determine if it is a manufacturing flaw or faulty/damaged due to misuse or wear and tear by the purchaser. A repair or replacement will be issued if it is determined to be a manufacturers fault as determined by Panda Hats and within a reasonable time frame. If the unit is determined to be a fault caused by misuse / wear and tear, Panda Hats will not be liable to repair or replace under warranty. The purchaser will be contacted and have the choice to have the unit returned immediately or agree to replace or repair the product where possible.
Refund policy
Panda Hats has faith that you will be satisfied with your purchase from our product range. But if you find that you are not 100% satisfied we offer you a money back guarantee if the goods are returned within 30 days from date of invoice. If you find you would like to return the product and apply for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions apply
- Prior notification for returning goods must be discussed with Panda Hats
- Original purchase order must accompany the goods back to Panda Hats
- An authorised refund number will be issued that must accompany the product back to Panda Hats office
- All products returned for a credit, refund or exchange must be received by Panda Hats within 30 days from date of invoice
- Returned goods must be as new and in original packaging
- Panda Hats will not cover the cost of shipping the goods back to Panda Hats that is the responsibility of the purchaser
- Please note failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in refund, credit or exchange being denied and a restocking fee may also apply
Ordering
Orders can be arranged by calling the mobile number or notifying us by email. We will endeavour to promptly action all emails & faxes regarding orders & quotation requests. Most items will be shipped within 5 to 10 working days depending on stock availability and destination.
Payment
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are G.S.T exclusive. Acceptable terms of payment are direct bank transfer, credit card – by calling the mobile number, cheque & money order. Any overseas payments must be made by bank wire/Telegraphic transfer.
Delivery
We deliver to all states and regions within Australia and New Zealand. On placing an order with Panda Hats a freight cost will be determined at the time & added to the invoice & paid by the customer. Customers will be unformed prior to payment of all costs. Goods dispatched by Panda Hats are delivered by contract courier or parcel post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and will be emailed to the customer upon collection of the goods for customer tracking purposes. If you prefer to arrange your own courier please inform Panda Hats upon purchase so contact and arrangements can be made. Delivery times vary accordingly to the destination, estimation of transit time can be given at request & before dispatch.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged in transit must be reported to Panda Hats within 2 (business) days from being received. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.
Delayed Supply
Panda Hats will notify purchaser if the goods ordered are not in stock and will give the purchaser an estimated date of delivery. We are able to place you on our back order system and can contact you once stock has been replenished. We will give the purchaser the option of cancelling the order or holding till delivery.
Customer Privacy Policy
All customer information is the property of Panda Hats and will not be shared with a third party.
